I have this soft spot for
Sleepwalkers. It was one of the first 18-rated horror films I saw. I rewatched it a few years back, and while it didn't hold up, it had some strong points.
The premise is unique. The villains are vicious but oddly sympathetic. Alice Krige is incredible. And although Garris's direction is a bit flat, the climax wad great. The final shot as
Bodicea plays is haunting, and beautiful. The last of a tribe, gone forever.
