Great end to the original series. The battle at La Haye Sainte includes the real life moments when a French drummer boy was spared and a moment from the classic painting where the gates are held shut.

I rewatched the two India set ones a couple of months ago and did enjoy them. In particular
Sharpe's Peril which felt more like a Cornwell adaptation even if it isn't
