The game just didn't feel like a RE game, though. Play the first three to four original games and then this. If somebody didn't let you know this was RE8, you may not know what series it's even connected to. Albeit considerably loosely. Although you may be able to tell because of the game's engine. But I meant in general. It is so far removed from what usually happens in games of this sort. It does make sense a bit, as it's still scientific.
It was pretty cool. I hope the next game with Rosemary Winters will be a great way to end the storyline that these first person games have started. But it doesn't really particularly feel like RE any longer.  |
Its a great horror game but not a Resident Evil game 7 was the same for me loved the game as a stand alone experience.
