We would like to thank everyone who placed an order during our October sale. The record number of orders exceeded all of our expectations. We also saw a remarkable twenty-three Limited Editions go out of print, including the COLUMBIA NOIR #3 box set, all of which will receive Standard Editions in 2023.
The good folk at Lime Wood Media are continuing to work through the high number of orders, diligently triple-checking the contents of each order before dispatch, and have taken on extra staff during this period to ensure they are processed in as timely a manner as possible.
We are receiving emails from customers asking why their sale purchases have not been dispatched. We ask for patience as we process your orders and that customers keep in mind the knock-on effects of Royal Mail strikes, with another scheduled to take place on Thursday 20 October.
