My lowest scores were 3's and were for Meglos, The Time Monster and The Armageddon Factor.
I did give a few 10's out as well. I'm not saying what for but Genesis of the Daleks wasn't one of them. That got a 9.  | I would have given The Creature from the Pit and Underworld lower than 3  |
