New Town Killers (2008, Richard Jobson)
Always wanted to see this.
A young man is offered entry into an unusual "game", a version of hide and seek ... with a sting in the tail.
Family pressures force his hand, and he accepts.
What follows ... isn't quite as cute as it thinks it is. Dougray Scott does well with what he has, and Karen Gillan pops up in an early bit part. It was fun spotting bits of Edinburgh certainly, and it didn't outstay its welcome, but whether I'll return to it ... hmmm.
