I dont like any form of animal cruelty but with regards to movies, if no animal was harmed then I see no problem with it. Horse falls is something that I think should not happen as they do it on purpose and I doubt very much that the horses are unarmed even if its just a small amount of pain.
Banning it is a whole other kettle of fish as yes doing so will not undo the harm so I think it should be left to the viewer. Like the grindhouse release of CH with animal cruelty free version.
