Well....There's not that many. And even less that are really good.
Leaving out "Porter" and "Kitty"

As a very early play on the genre (more arthouse than Grindhouse though) try the excellent:

"The Damned"

The first to really go the exploitation route was;

"Love Camp 7"

Though it avoids basically any and all Nazi iconography.

Again avoiding any real Nazi iconography, but being obviously Nazi based, is the 'Nazi aftermath', very dark, sombre and arthouse;

"In a Glass Cage"


Comedic flirting comes in the form of Russ Meyer's

"UP!"
