Yeah our Torso cover certainly attracted the most criticism but also a fair load of lovin' too. It's on of the reasons why we're now doing reversible sleeves so you get a choice which is nice when you really rate a movie and prefer a classic look.

The sound for anyone who collected back in the days of videotapes is fine but with people used to top quality remasters on DVDs it's not as good as we'd have liked. We were advised it would costs thousands to restore and in the UK you simply don't get the kinds of sales to justify such costs. Even top Argento flicks don't sell through that well.

That said we are upping our game for sound issues and Torso spurred us to consider more options for what we can do. Keep coming back to the boards with your feedback and we'll keep making the effort to improve. Some films though defy anything but insane spends to fix them. On that note people can expect that Ratman is not going to become your next demo disc! We have though delayed that to March to get it presentable.

As for Torso as a film it's a bit of an undiscovered gem which is why we were so pleased to bring it out to the UK uncut for the first time. It's got atmosphere in buckets and unlike plenty of giallos that lose their way Torso builds to a truly tense climax - great stuff!
