Really though,it’s ****ing grown arms and legs, once again fuelled by media frenzy.

Here’s an example, delivery guy comes into the shop today and asked me if I wanted to sign his phone with my finger as usual......and when I asked why wouldn’t I,he replied no one has signed their name today due to the risk of catching Corona virus....

Anyway,Scotland’s too cauld for it to breed anyway.......

I think viruses actually spread more in the cold, which makes the decision to postpone the Bond film until November pretty pointless. Plus, the studio doesn't give a **** about the Corona Virus, this is all about the fear of them losing money.

Spoiler alert

Has a huge James Bond twist in No Time to Die been leaked? | Radio Times

SPOILER:
"No Time to Die director Cary Fukunaga has also confirmed that the film takes place five years after the events of Spectre, with Bond having left active service. We know, both from the trailer and the movie’s official synopsis, that he takes up retirement in Jamaica, where he is approached by his old ally, CIA officer Felix Leiter, to undertake a rescue mission and save a kidnapped scientist.

All of which leads us back to the plot details apparently leaked by those call sheets: they reveal details of scene #235 of No Time to Die, a sequence that we can assume from that numbering takes place towards the end of the film. Again shot in Italy, near Maratea Port, this scene is said to have featured Madeleine, Nomi – a 00 agent played by Captain Marvel’s Lashana Lynch – and one other character…

The third person in the scene is a 5-year-old girl, Mathilde, with the scene description for scene #235 reading as follows: “Nomi pilots Madeleine and Mathilde to safety with island in the background.”

The fact that Mathilde’s age corresponds exactly with the five-year gap between Spectre and No Time to Die has led fans to suspect that she might be Bond and Madeleine’s daughter, with Dr. Swan falling pregnant during the couple’s honeymoon period.

If we assume that scenes of a smitten Bond and Madeleine take place earlier in the timeline with the movie then jumping ahead half a decade – with Bond drowning his sorrows in Jamaica following their messy break-up – then it’s possible he didn’t know Madeleine was pregnant, or indeed that neither of them knew, when they parted ways.

James Bond becoming a father might sound like a surprising route for the spy franchise to take, but this being Daniel Craig’s swansong, it’s not impossible that his era could end with him embracing family life and rebuilding the Bond dynasty – there’d be a certain poetry to this turn of events given that the climax to 2012’s Skyfall literally saw him tear his childhood home to the ground. Alternatively, maybe the death rumours are true and 007 will tragically perish having saved the daughter he never knew."

Release of James Bond film No Time To Die delayed - again / BBC News

"The release of the new James Bond film has been delayed again.

The premiere of No Time To Die has already been moved from April to November due to the pandemic.

The film has now been further delayed until 2 April 2021 "in order to be seen by a worldwide theatrical audience", a statement on the film's website said.

"We understand the delay will be disappointing to our fans but we now look forward to sharing No Time To Die next year."

No Time To Die is due to be Daniel Craig's final appearance as the British secret service agent.

The last Bond film, Spectre, took almost $900m (£690m) at worldwide box offices in 2015."

For anyone interested, the new BBC Top Gear produced book Bond Cars The Definitive History is a true thing of beauty.

They were given access to the Eon archives and have come up with a stunning 340 page book full of rarely seen images, story boards and never before published documents. There's also a hell of a lot of reading too.

I love the final pic which shows the crew filming the Lotus underwater in the Bahamas for The Spy Who Loved Me.

There are also more images than would normally be seen for a film yet to be released in No Time to Die, but the authors probably never factored Covid delays into the books production.

I received my copy for Christmas but can reliably say that Sainsbury's have said tome priced £12.

Nothing official has been said (yet), but...

Dutch Cinema Owner Claims ‘No Time To Die’ Is Delayed Again Until November 2021 / The Playlist

"No, you probably aren’t aware of the name Carlo Lambregts. Unless you’re someone that lives in the Netherlands and goes to the business owner’s cinema, you probably have no reason to ever know who Carlo Lambregts is. But if you’re a fan of James Bond, you’re going to be incredibly interested in what he has to say, as it appears the cinema owner claims to have some insider information about the release date for “No Time to Die.”

“No Time to Die” has been the subject of release drama since last April, when the film was originally delayed until November 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Then the film was moved again from November 2020 to April of this year. But according to an interview with the Dutch outlet BN DeStem, Lambregts claims that the release date for the latest James Bond feature, “No Time to Die,” is going to change yet again from April to November.

The report doesn’t say that Lambregts believes the film will be delayed. He actually claims that it is delayed, implying that maybe MGM and the folks behind “No Time to Die” have yet to make the release date delay public knowledge. But this does jive with other recent rumors that the Bond film would be perhaps be moving to later this year. And if this is true and “No Time to Die” is going to move, yet again, then the box office is in some serious trouble..."

“No Time to Die” has been delayed again from April 2 to Oct. 8, MGM announced on Thursday.

The 25th James Bond film was originally scheduled for release in April 2020 but was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. It was then postponed to November, but in October, the film was delayed one more time to April 2.

“No Time To Die” is star Daniel Craig’s fifth and final outing as 007. It’s directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga and co-stars Rami Malek, Léa Seydoux, Lashana Lynch, Ben Whishaw, Naomie Harris, Jeffrey Wright, Christoph Waltz and Ralph Fiennes. Additional cast members include Rory Kinnear, Ana de Armas, Dali Benssalah, David Dencik and Billy Magnussen.

“No Time to Die” will see 007 get pulled out of the retirement he was starting to enjoy at the end of “Spectre” thanks to a visit from his CIA friend Felix Leiter (Wright). Felix needs help locating a missing scientist.

This is going to be a real blow to the cinemas - let's just hope by October that we can fill the seats - Bond films need to be seen in a crowd.
