I've never understood the love for Casino Royale. I have yet to see any other Craig Bond films (I'm not sure whether I really want to), but it just seemed like it was emulating the popularity of Bourne... it just didn't seem like a 'Bond' film to me.

Quantum of Solace is a modern (and pretty entertaining) action film - but a poor Bond movie. The editor should be feathered and tarred! Skyfall, on the other hand, is a really good film. The last 30 minutes are brilliant, and Craig - for the first time - is a totally convincing Bond. Check this out, b_e, it's worth it! Greetings! |

I enjoyed Casino Royale, and maybe it's because I didn't see any other Bond movies before it (except for pieces of Brosnan Bonds on TV and I think parts of a Connery Bond on the TV as well.) Though, I understand the Bond character well enough, I think. I liked how Craig didn't try to be all of the other Bonds, it was a re-imagining of the character. The same way an artist will cover a song. You don't try to sound like the other artist who did it first, you try to give your own twist. |

Its in the Guinness Book of Records for the most rolls (seven) in a single take. Not bad for CGI. |

The first hour is far from "another silly Brosnan Bond". |
