I'm in the very small minority of those who considers The Last Crusade the weakest, anyone else do? I still like the film but to me it simply isn't on par with the first two and I even have grown to enjoy Crystal Skull more than it. Crusade is just too goofy at times for my liking and too deriative of the first, though it's still a solid film with many truly good things about it.

"Spielberg has a busy year ahead with both The BFG and Ready Player One in various states of completion, but once these two are out of the way it seems there is a decent chance that we'll get one final adventure for Junior Jones..."

Film @ The Digital Fix - "I'll Probably Do Indy 5 With Harrison" says Spielberg

A less daft Indy adventure could work for me. Obviously Ford is much older than in his Indy glory days but if they could adapt the script to take this into account and not feel the need for a Shia LeBeouf style character then it's something i'd look forward to.

I think a case can be made for temple of doom to be the best Indiana Jones movie. Last Crusade is a crowd pleasing Raiders remake. It's still a good movie but not as original and daring as Doom.
