Coming soon from Eureka (September 28, 2015).
This certainly looks (and sounds) A LOT better than the version I own on Taiwan dvd.

They've disappeared for me now too!

I recently rewatched that and really enjoyed it but I'd like to get the German (or Austrian) dvd which has the cut scenes inserted.

I've seen so many Anthony Wong movies over the years...strangest must have been Awakening (1994) which also has another of my favourite HK actors: Simon Yam. Strange but wonderful film.

To elaborate a bit more about the upcoming King Hu Dragon Inn dvd,I really like the film but it loses momentum when they finally exit the inn imho. I personally think Tsui Hark did a really good job with the 1992 remake,he was smart enough to lose King Hu's extended ending.

I normally order my HK dvd's from DDDHouse (whose website seems to be "repaired" and back up to speed) or assorted eBay sellers (if DDD doesn't have stock) but I recently had a look at the HMV Hong Kong website.
They ship internationally and have some good bargains from time to time but it's uncertain that they are customs friendly.

Here's a pic of their instore 2014? New Year sale, nice prices.

I was in that store a couple of years ago when I was in HK. I didn't buy anything though!
