Pickings were slim in Ipswich CEX.. Only walked out with Bullet In The Head and The Hitman for a fiver so certainly no cheap bargains. At least Bullet is a good film though.

And today left CEX with Mr Vampire for £4 which I thought was a decent deal. Looks scratch-free too!

Does anyone have a complete list of all the HKL titles that were released on DVD and also a list of those released with the HKL magazine?

I believe that there were some titles that were released with the magazine that never had stand alone releases on the HKL label.

The list on Wiki is for the DVD releases only, and it does include a title (Sex And Zen) that I believe was planned but never released, but otherwise it is quite accurate.

Hong Kong Legends - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The magazine editions were extras free and in subbed versions only. Most were already available from HKL anyway. I did pick up a copy of Prison On Fire 2 which was not released on HKL properly, but I never collected the magazine as I already had the original HKL releases. What I find strange is that I can't find any of the magazine DVD info on line anywhere. I know a lot of the magazine editions ended up on ebay for rediculous prices though.

Those blue DeAagostini covers are horrible I agree. Having said that, I have ordered Prison on Fire 2 because it never received a standard HKL release.

What are the best places to pick up those editions?

Thanks for the link DeadAlive. I've looked all over the place and can't find a list of the magazine releases anywhere.

The HKL Sex & Zen DVD is listed on Amazon as well. Was it one of the final releases?

You don't happen to have a list of the titles released with the HKL magazine do you Almar?

I got hold of a copy of the Fantasy Swordplay Collection a few days ago, and the strange thing is the New Dragon Gate Inn DVD features the artwork from the Moon Warriors DVD and vice versa! Has anyone else experienced similar defects or have I got a dodgy pressing?
