It will... It´s "re-releases" so I think we´ll get the original extras.

I don´t Cine-Asia making new releases under the HKL moniker.
I think their new release will only use the Cine-Asia moniker.

In fact, it's more than interesting news. It's bloody brilliant news. Hopefully I'll be able to pick up some titles I'm still missing without having to pay the prices on ebay!
I already have those editions but I´ll be picking those just for the covers.

Also, they go great together with their future release

Don´t like that cover much... but then again, being limited (I think) is always a good thing.

Can´t get enough of that bastard Lee

What would be even more interesting is that with Cine Asia showing strong Blu-Ray support, if some of these make it to the format.

This.

I posted this news up at Twitch a couple of hours ago, and I'd be psyched if they released some of their catalog on Blu. I wonder what they still have the rights to, since they haven't been a presence for almost four years now. I'd love to upgrade my Riki-Oh

The covers use the same images of Lee, but I think they are a lot nicer than the original HKL covers.

I don't like it much either. It could have use a better image of Bruce Lee. It was the fact that it was a limited edition that I bought it.

Being HKL out of business for quite some time, I think Cine-Asia had to renew the rights of the titles so they could use the HKL editions.

I don´t see them making blu-rays of these editions.

They can use the new HD masters of some of the HKL titles but I thing they would be released by the Cine-Asia moniker and not the Cine-Asia presents HKL one.

Time will tell...

It would be nice to have 2 disc SE's of Drunken Master & Snake In The Eagle's Shadow, compared to the old vanilla releases.

I think so too.

Great to see HKL rising from the dead and hopefully this time there'll be HD releases alongside the SD editions. But i suppose we'll just have to wait and see.
