In a nutshell, i reckon CA have now provided us with both the first and second HKL Way releases together in one double disc set.
Can you confirm that the extras from both editions are present?

If so, I will also buy this new edition as I only the 2 disc version and missed the 1 disc release.

On the other hand I think this is highly unlikely because some folks already said these new versions are the same as the previous releases.

Please confirm Splatterdragon. I only have the one disc edition and was considering importing the Australian double disc but this would be cheaper.

I've based my previous opinion on the extras description stated on CA's new WOTD release because said double disc set mentions the inclusion of rare '70s U.K. trailers and TV spots. Now these particular promo pieces were originally featured on HKL's initial single DVD version issued years ago. Thus, i've concluded CA have simply combined both the old and new Way bonus material together to create the relevant label's current 'ultimate edition'. I regret i'm unable to actually confirm this info at the mo and i do confess this is an educated guess on my part. But to me it seems to make more sense for CA to bundle both the supplementary selections from the first and second Way variants in one complete double disc package. If yours truly is correct with this estimate then it may be safe to assume that CA's recent Fist Of Fury release may be of the same nature where extras are concerned. Sorry i can't be of further help right now, though.

If this is true, I may have to double dip on the Bruce Lee titles. I sold my single disc editions when the 2-disc'ers were released.

You and me both excluding Game Of Death as this title was never originally issued as a single disc edition until some time after the double DVD set's arrival.

Traded in some stuff at CEX today and picked up a few more HKL titles to add to the collection.

Dragons Forever (Platinum)
Crime Story
Tai Chi Boxer
Legend of the Fighter

I'm really looking forward to watching Dragons Forever as I have not seen it before and have heard it's excellent.

Is Tai Chi Boxer any good?

I just loke Wu Jing a lot but somehow I never got to see or buy this movie.

I watched Tai Chi Boxer quite a long time ago, I remember it being pretty decent. Its by Yeun Woo Ping so the fighting is obviously top notch.

Wu Jing is superb but the film on the whole is not a classic. Some of the comedy falls a bit flat for me. Worth getting though as the pros outweigh the cons.
