Submerged was going to be a horror film apparently in the vain of the thing but with a few fight scenes thrown in but about a week or 2 from production seagal said he refused to star in a horror film and nu image being nu image didnt care about the script as long as they had a film to sell.
Fun fact, seagal sued nu image claiming they owed him money from submerged and mercenary for justice (might have been another one). Nu image counter sued claiming they lost money on the films due to him being difficult. They settled out of court by seagal agreeing to do one more film for them called killing point (rumour has it nu image re edited it before release to annoy seagal). This is the reason why steven seagal never appeared in any of the expendables films, same company.

Anyway looking over at Amazon 88 also has listings for cyborg (yes the van damme flick), robotrix (category 3 flick) and the violent professionals (italian collection).

Nasso was working with the mob and sent down for extortion.

That was a interesting read, there has been rumours about him being choked out and has insulted Chuck Norris, that be a fight worth seeing.

Yeah, wasn't it Gene LeBell who they say choked him out (and made him lose control of his bowels in the process)?
