I have just watched the Michelle Yeoh film 'Supercop' Other than for comic effect, can anyone explain the point of Jackie's cameo in this movie?

| Sometimes Jackie just likes to put on a dress.  Director Stanly Tong and Jackie have worked together many times. I think Jackie just had a day free so went along for a quick cameo. It's most likely just to tie in to the fact that Michelle Yeoh is playing the same character as in Police Story 3, so Jackie's appearance was just a nice extra.
