I have just watched the Michelle Yeoh film 'Supercop'

Other than for comic effect, can anyone explain the point of Jackie's cameo in this movie?

Sometimes Jackie just likes to put on a dress.

Director Stanly Tong and Jackie have worked together many times. I think Jackie just had a day free so went along for a quick cameo. It's most likely just to tie in to the fact that Michelle Yeoh is playing the same character as in Police Story 3, so Jackie's appearance was just a nice extra.

The HK blu's are probably region A locked...but most of them should be available for a reasonable price nowadays.

That's okay I'm multi-region anyway. The only thing I worry about is that I hear some are crappy upscales. Oh well, surely better than their DVD counterparts for now until a better version comes along. High priority for me though is The Canton Godfather as it's my favourite of his. I found it on Play Asia for only just over £14 and they offer free shipping to the UK If I spend $25 or more so I'm only about $3 short. Will have to hunt another from my list but really I shouldn't be spending a penny right now
