In a true ninja film there has to be multi-coloured ninja's (red, yellow etc..), plus they should be wearing headbands that actually say 'ninja' on the front.

As mentioned the American Ninja series is great. Definitely want to see Ninja Terminator.

Any fans?
BIG BIG BIG fan Reaps,

I LOVE Ninja movies.I agree with KINGOFTHEWITCHES 666!

GOLDEN NINJA WARRIOR is awesomely bad!Note their is a severely cut version of this film as well.

Theres tons of Ninja movies out there its mind boggling.Lots of them can found for VERY cheap on DVD(for obvious reasons)

Last fun Ninja film I saw was NINJA VS MAFIA.entertaining movie that you can find easily for $2 easily.

I loved all things Ninja back in the day too.. American Ninja was one of my faves. Also remember a film Sakura Killers which I think was awesome but then again I was young!!
Anyone remember the C64 game The Last Ninja??? Came with a ninja hood and everything.

Thanks for the link, Loops. Nice interview. I had no idea that all those films were made from one role as far as Harrison was aware.

Hwang Jang Lee is in that one, giving it a high curiosity value for me. Not a good film by any standards, but HJL makes it worth seeing.

I have a fondness for Sakura Killers from back in the day. So much so I recently obtain the Unrated Hong Kong dvd from HKFlix for about fiver in a sale they were having at the time

Also got a brand new copy of Gymkata R1 disc winging it's way to me from the States courtesy of Amazon Marketplace. Including shipping: £4.09!

Whilst checking Amazon Marketplace I noticed several sellers selling copies of the heavly cut MIA release of Enter the Ninja for................... (wait for it):

from £104:95 new, from £24.49 used!

Can't imagine they'd be many takers!

Totally with you on this one Reaps, especially if it was to contain a decent version of Enter the Ninja.

The cock fighting sequence in it's entirety would probably still cause problems for the BBFC but I'm sure all the other cuts concerned with deaths & weapons would pass fine now.

There's not many movies out there that star, in my opinion, three of best actors of the cult movie genre, namely Franco Nero, Sho Kosugi & of course the lovely Susan George!

Ohh & it also has ninjas!!!

This film definitely deserves a decent treatment (fan edition anyone?)

(Loving this thread by the way!)
