There are some excellent car chases in Driver, the final one is a brilliantly choreographed game of cat and mouse.

Sheen is indeed in No Man's Land.

There's a great car chase in Chain Reaction, not the Keanu Reeves film but the aussie flick from the early 80s and another Aussie film called Running On Empty has some good car work.
