I imagine they probably have a digital copy that is projected, as they're showing the restored version and I doubt they've struck a print for that. They haven't just screened off DVD in the past though, as far as I know.

I really really want to go to the Bronx Warriors screening!

The screening of Bronx Warriors at Cine-Excess tomorrow has been picked by Time Out London as the number 1 critics' choice this week!

Remember that Castellari himself will be appearing at Cine-Excess tomorrow as well!

Nice to see that this film is still getting the attention it so thoroughly deserves!

I'll be there for that tomorrow. What with that and Eurovision, it's going to be a cheesy Eurotastic Saturday!

Alas I have had to cancel this so I can go to the 75 years of film festival.
And had to cancel that so I can supervise my little brothers party.

Nope. Sorry pal. I know I did say I was going to, but it's my little brothers Birthday party (his actual birthday was on wednesday), and my grandmother had agreed to supervise and give help where needed. But she fell ill this morning and is now unable to help so i've stepped in to assist.
Gutted, but go figure. Life's hectic at the moment but i'm holding out hope that with my 12 week summer holiday comeing up I should get to a few cult screenings.

I attended some of the conference sessions on Saturday plus the Bronx Warriors screening. It was cool to meet Enzo, although my planned interview didn't happen. There was a great introduction with him and Xavier Mendik, but I was really surprised that nobody in the audience wanted to ask a question. They were all too shy I guess!

I took some nice photos of Enzo, which I'll try and post here at some point.
