Experiences ordering from Arrow directly

Finally put an order in for limited Zombie Flesh Eaters BD yesterday, first time ordering direct through Arrow, hopefully quick turnaround

To be fair,my first consignment 'Must've went missing in transit'.
And then the 'Few copies of ZFE that are left have been sent away to be corrected.'

My first Ltd Ed from them arrived quite quick though.

Ignorance is bliss as they say! seems that a lot of people have got their Knightriders last week (way earlier than release) through fine so hoping that ZFE is in same warehouse and is on my way to me now (I've had no despatch email yet, do they normally send one out or does things just turn up?)

First time i ordered from Arrow i got a dispatch email the last time i didnt the films just showed up.

As for dealing direct with Arrow my first order arrived very fast but my second order which was a big one took ages and i was told it got lost on its way to me. I will say they were very helpful when ever i emailed them and they always answered straight away and were very nice even when i was mailing them every other day . I ordered from them again last Saturday so fingers crossed things work as well as they did first time around.

I've ordered Knightriders from Amazon...may give them a shout for the two upcoming Bava's though....

Is Knightriders officially out yet? I saw a copy in CEX today which I assumed had been traded on after buying from Arrow direct.

It's due out officially on Monday so it should be shipping tomorrow, must've been an Arrow order seeing as we got ours over a week ago
