We're sorry about the delay to your order.

This is due to an emergency distribution centre change along with the fact at least one of your DVDs hasn't been released yet.

We will be sending out the titles that have been released early this week so that you at least you get those in time for Christmas.

The rest of the order will be sent out when it becomes available.

Kind regards,

Arrow Films

Just before ZFE came out Arrow withdrew from Cult Labs, using Facebook instead to promote new releases, sad but true.

So will every new Arrow disc now start with a blurry, retro-fied Facebook logo . . . ?
Prince_Vajda and Buboven like this.

All the posts on Facebook about the ZFE problems sort of back fired, on them, some posts where down right evil and nasty, but then again what did arrow expect from posting on Facebook

Let's hope not! The only difference now seems to be no Cult Labs logo on the packaging or at the beginning of the discs. It's a real shame, because being part of this forum and Arrow taking on board comments and suggestions from us, actually made us feel like a part of these releases. Well, that's how I felt anyway.

I guess it's because all real movie buffs can only be found on Facebook...

Greetings!

I'll always be grateful to Arrow for introducing me to this place. I've bought their releases for a while but it was only within the last year that I noticed their 'join the community at cult-labs' spiel. So I did.

I don't post much, but I've gotten so many awesome recommendations of this site and I lurk every day. I don't have a Facebook account, I have no intention of signing up either. I'm not sure 'Facebook' is an appropriate tool for a company like Arrow, especially if it means leaving a place like this, where people have a genuine passion for the genre. While 'horror' might of become mainstream within the past ten years, the films that Arrow and Shameless release are aimed at a certain audience, an audience that will always remain 'niche'. The grass isn't always greener, sometimes it's full of idiots on facebook.

I'll still buy Arrow, even 'Boat-gate' wouldn't change that, but their greatest gift to me is leading me to this place. Until I found this place I didn't know that 'The Strange Vice Of Mrs Wardh' was out on region 2 DVD (cheers Shameless), so God bless 'em.

I almost feel sorry for them.
