Guessing upcoming Arrow Video releases 2013
 

Just realised there's no thread in regards to guessing what Arrows upcoming releases could be. Or is there? If so please merge threads

Just noticed this post from High Rising Productions on their facebook page, Calum can obviously fill us in further if need be but it's a good way to start the thread

One grindhouse horror classic announced for Blu by Arrow Video this month has not been seen in UK since the days of VHS! Excited yet?


It's the full package - commentary, featurettes and a bumper booklet!


The heady days of grindhouses were fading by 1984 and a major Cannon release would have opened at bigger chains. As the term has entered the popular lexicon it has been confused and abused. And in what strange parallel universe is that horror?

Oh, I do hope it's I Drink Your Blood... :pray:

I would wait and see if they survive the ZFE debacle before anticipating future releases!

Here are the clues I have:


"Arrows announcment at the end of the month will include a Blaxploitation classic we are Thrilled to be working on!"

Fairly confident the grindhouse one is I Drink Your Blood

My dream releases based on the clues would be:

Black Caesar
I Drink Your Blood
Stagefright
The Lair of the White Worm

All on BD, of course ;)

I would die if that happened.

I hope one of them is Lair of the White Worm, I started a thread about it the other year, which I've just noticed has been deleted since Arrow have left :pray:

But then you wouldn't get to enjoy them all :crazy: :lol: sorry, I'm not funny :o
