I can't blame anybody who waits until Arrow's newest releases have been reviewed by forum members.

Well, checked over perhaps but not reviewed. I'm not surprised the slip cases aren't selling that well. Joe public will have no idea they exist and non-slip versions are a good bit cheaper as well.

Judging from my experience, one Cult Labs review outweighs five so-called "professional" reviews.

Someone on facebook asked about slipcases and I couldn't help but feel the response from Arrow was a little snappy. It was something like "we said that less slipcases would mean more releases this is the fruit of that promise". But it read a bit blunter than that. Might have been my misinterpreting it though.

Don't get me wrong, I take as little from a pro review as I do here.

Dr. Svet Atanasov from Blu-ray.com will probably review this edition next week or the week after. I look forward to hear what he has to say about it. I sure hope Black Sabbath got a new 2K scan recently, so it will look the best. I also hope the strong and vivid colours in this film isn't screwed up like the "A Bay of Blood" disc which had too weak colors, but we'll see.

What's happening here? Black Sabbath [Blu-ray]: Amazon.co.uk: Michèle Mercier, Lidia Alfonsi, Boris Karloff, Mario Bava: Film & TV

It says it's unavailable. I hope it's not postponed.

I noticed that as well, it's still on the Arrow website though and Noble PR have the proper press release on their website too.
