I know it's still too early but am still anxious to read some reviews!

Me too. It'll be interesting to see what people think about it and compare it to The Scream Factory disc with the new director approved, slightly altered colour. The Arrow will be the winner as far as extras are concerned. An extra commentary and feature length documentary in addition to the stuff on the SF disc.

WHat's the deal with the colour change? Can't imagine they could make it any more colourful, and if it was less that would suck!

Hooper oversaw the transfer and colour-timed it to get it to his "original vision". The reviews say most of it is subtle, but flesh tones are more ruddier (red). So the film looks a little different from the way it's always looked.

Let's hope it's okay otherwise it will soon become Night of the Living Dead 1990 part 2 on the internet forums |

As it's already been released, and no-one's complained and said it's bad, i'd say it's safe to say it's not too bad. Not that I was buying it anyway. The Arrow disc will suffice.

I've never even seen the film, only watched the trailer and a few clips here and there but I'm going to give the steelbook a shot and see if I like it.
