since id say this is the film i have most copies of...including the DVD World "giveaway" disc (cough, cough)...can i just say that as sure as i am that the arrow version will look stunning (on EITHER format) nothing surely would beat the impact of seeing this at the cinema? im sure that there will be patrons of this site who have, can you confirm/deny this?

Hell? A few posts on a message forum? Can't quite agree with that. People have raised concerns, and with good cause too, and I'm sure Almar would agree. The concerns over the inaccurate rendering of the opening to The Beyond applied equally to the DVD is it did to the Blu. Should they avoid DVD as well? By your logic, maybe if they released on VHS everyone would be happy, yeah?

Sorry, back to Cemetery....

now, how about that bluray arrow?

I must admit Freudstein's name was great, an amalgam of Sigmund Freud & Frankenstein.
