For something so big and famous...'Amazon' are a bunch of useless turds!

Look at the fact these ****ing lazy ass morons put reviews for almost every DVD edition in one big block.

So you have reviews from 5 years ago where people are complaining about a crappy transfer and no extras...under the listing for a new release with a great transfer and lots of extras!

Cheap asses. Need a few high level sackings.

That's the part that pisses me off the most. I can't rely on Amazon in terms of customer satisfaction or complaint over a product as it's not organised. Reviews for old editions are put under new editions. Dvd reviews are put under some of the same titled BD.
It's a terrible layout.

I know we've gone way off topic here, but I also find it extremely bizarre that Amazon allow people to submit reviews of titles that haven't yet been released, saying things like "this should be great" or other such anodyne statements.

This is all speculation of course and we'll probably never know what the snarl up is. All the while though it's just extremely frustrating for those of you who placed an order there.
And how seriously anal would you need to be in order to moan about the fact the specs said two discs and you got all the goodies on one HD disc instead? Amazon listed it wrong. Big deal.

God, some people....

It is a stupid complaint but Amazon should be on top of their game in terms of listing correct product info. Someone might buy the disc, open it up, see one disc and think "wait a minute, Amazon listed this as a two disc set, what am I missing?".

Wow you guys are not going to like me eh? lol I sent them an email regarding it, and it was not an 'anal' complaint, it was a suggestion that they should change it incase other customers think they got a dodgy copy.

Gee yeah, I mean, who the hell do these people think they are? Why would someone want the product description to be accurate?

If that's the case then they know what the issue is (not a big one at that) and shouldn't need to take down the whole listing to revise it.

Absolutely nothing wrong with informing Amazon - sounds like they over-reacted somewhat!

Gary at DVDBeaver added the Blue Underground BluRay caps to the exiting comparison.
