The UK theatrical release isn't included. The version on disc 3 is the second (1999) US R-rated print.

Disc 1: Uncut and unrated print.
Disc 2: Alternate (ie non-Guccione) print.
Disc 3: 1999 R-rated US print.

There is a fourth disc of extra features but I think those are identical to those on Arrow Video's Blu-ray release.

I watched this on TV as a horny teenager lol, and remember being mildly disappointed. Anyone care to give a rundown or a link to a rundown of what the hardcore/uncut scenes show??

it's not quite a rundown, but in my review I wrote:

I've seen a lot of films that are controversial or have material likely to shock and Caligula is way up there. It's not often you see a 'mainstream' movie containing fellatio, cunnilingus, anal fisting, infanticide, forced urination and penetrative sex, but that's what you get with Caligula. The idea was to show the infamous Roman Caesar, who was known for depraved behaviour, at his most outrageous, leaving no taboo unbroken.
All the changes are listed at the IMDb. As you can see, when you watch it for the first time, it's quite an eye-opener!

Considering the RRP and the prices it initially went for (and continues to sell for) online, that is an excellent price.

Yeah that's what i thought,,To tell you the truth i probably wouldn't of bought this brand new, as its a film that ive never really been bothered with.
But at that price it would of been rude not too
