Just like to say how happy I am with the city of the living dead, dawn of the dead and day of the dead blu rays.

If the Beyond was released on blu it would be pre-ordered as soon as it was listed for sale.

I was really hoping for a Demons 1 & 2 blu ray, shame that it's only a dvd release.

We need more Italian classics on blu.

Anyway I have posted quite a few links on various forums online, hopefully it will do some good.

If a film has been released on dvd before then I won't be buying it on dvd again so Bluray for me please.
I'm curious as to why anyone would want a Bluray and a dvd .
Surely you buy one or the other don't you ?

I voted for both because, personally, I'd like this on BD. But I'm also aware that the UK hasn't yet had a decent release of this film on DVD, so that needs to be corrected too. Also, for commercial reasons, this needs a DVD release too as there are still thousands (if not hundreds of thousands) of households in the UK that still use DVD as their format of choice so it's senseless to ignore that portion of the market share. Arrow, at the end of the day, need to turn a healthy profit and that means putting out on DVD as well as BD.

It would be a ridiculous decision for Arrow to put The Beyond out as a Blu-ray release only.

Anyone with even a passing interest in the movie will surely have the Anchor Bay version.
It would also give a good boost to Bluray to start releasing some titles on Bluray only , or maybe in advance of a dvd release.

I can't think of a single film title from my collection of several thousand that I would be interested in buying on dvd again

Clearly a special film for you then

I don't have enough space for multiple editions of films.

I have the Anchor Bay Tin edition and I'll stick with that until the Bluray

Voted for BLU! A lot of DVD editions out there, so an HD release would be the DEFINITIVE edition to own...

Think of it: THE BEYOND on theatrical picture quality at your own home...
