Yes, Naomi has gotten so fed up she's leaving and never coming back. :confused:

Nope, just kidding... She's actually got too much to handle and that means that the lovely extra features on DEMONS and DEMONS 2 will not be edited by her - instead she'll be getting on with the Argento titles, The Beyond and another extra special Italian release Almar (or rather amazon) has not yet slip.

However, it looks as if we could be taking on quite a few new projects in 2010 and also 2011 and, as such, we could do with an extra hand. Here's what we are after:

*Someone with their own editing suite/ Mac with Final Cut Pro
*Must be able to import/ export HD footage
*Must be quick and reliable
*Must know a hell of a lot about horror movies
*Must be patient and considerate when getting lots of notes from me
*Ideally located locally - meaning myself and Nick can drop in and check how things are progressing.

We'll need to see examples of your work and you will be asked to edit together a sample extra featurette for our approval.

If you already work in a full time job, this is NOT for you - it will take up a lot of your time and your social life WILL suffer. Part time workers are much better suited!

We'll be advertising in the usual media channels but we all felt it was right to give the Cult Labs chaps first digs...!

That sounds like a great job -- if only I had that equipment, knew anything about editing, lived locally... actually, apart from the knowing about horror films part, I'd be absolutely useless!

Someone here must know someone who may be suitable.

The ideal situation is someone who knows their Fulci from their Franco. But it's worth remembering this may not be permanent - it is likely to start out as just a couple of months and then we'll see where it goes from there, hence the need for a part time worker...

I fit most of the criteria, but unfortunately I have a very demanding and taxing full-time job, plus I'm not really local. This sounds like a tremendous opportunity and I wish whomever goes in for it the best of luck. :nod:

WOW b8 a gr8 job to do... hope you find some 1 sutiable for the job be good, but sadly im rather quite pants (rubbish) at anything to do with pc internet related, but good luck with finding some 1

Wow. What an opportunity. Location and working hours would be against me unfortunately, but what a dream job that would be, even if it was only on an occasional basis - it could lead to so much more. Best of luck to the lucky so and so who gets it.

damn wish I knew how to edit as this sounds like a dream job!
