-1:02:41 - This shot is when Peter is hit by the stone, and Johnny helps him up and runs, then the camera moves showing the trees (all versions).
-1:02:43 - The camera lingering on the trees slightly longer - about 2 secs (missing). (2)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
-1:05:55 - This is the middle of the flashback scenes (all versions).
-1:05:57 - The killer stabs once... (all versions).
-1:05:58 - ...And then the killer stabs again (missing). (3)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
-1:06:10 - This shot shows sunlight through window when Daria Nicolodi's character wakes up right after the flashback sequence (missing). (4)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
-1:06:20 - Ann calls out 'Peter, Peter' and then she looks back down (missing). (5)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
-1:14:08 - Jane takes the second shoe out of the box (missing). (6)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
-1:14:09 - Jane then turns around (missing). (7)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
-1:14:13 - Bulmer waits for Jane in the piazza, looking at his watch (missing). (8)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

R2 United Kingdom- Anchor Bay - Yes - No censor cuts, but (3) is missing due to a production oversight, and (1), (2), (6), (7) and (8) due to print damage.
R2 United Kingdom- Nouveaux Pictures/Nouveau Entertainment Ltd - Yes, cut by the BBFC: the "hand chopping scene" (0:04) has been removed.

Well if the missing footage can't be used or reinserted for what ever reason, I hope it finds it's way onto the disc as a bonus feature at the very least.
