Okay,so no red and no ribbon-don't want you all going off on a censorship riot!

Yellow's fine...

Rick's best to date with panel 1...he's been outdoing himself lately one after another.

As much as I like panel 1 (assuming this is the white one!) ... I am a little concerned how little it will stand out on the shop shelves.

Shouldn't we go for something a little more visual and visceral??

Yeah, Arrow's resident artist has been hitting much more than missing since his work on the Dawn BR imo.

Rick's Tenebrae illustration is indeed one of his best contributions yet. Fair enough, not too original based on one of the film's stills, but simple, effective and just great to look at.

I can't wait to see what other delicious designs Rick has in store for Arrow's remaining Argento releases. Hopefully they'll be as easy on the eye as Tenebrae's cover.

This must be the R4 Australian three disc set entitled 'Argento Classics Volume 1:The First Slash' (i think this is the name!) which features Tenebrae alongside Phenomena and Deep Red. I have this apparently rare release too.

The Umbrella disk is the same print as the Anchor Bay one, and is badly converted from NTSC to PAL.

That release is not very because is still much available in Australia and New Zealand.

Oh well, nevermind. I admittedly was aware of the conversion cock-up but I'll still be keeping this triple disc compilation in my collection. After all, it's Argento anyway!

I also believe the Deep Red DVD included in this set boasts an additional featurette not found on the ABUS version. This is another reason i'll be holding on to this release. Exclusive extras are generally almost always an attraction to me. Sometimes more than the films themselves!

I just received an email from Amazon UK stating that Tenebrae was delayed until September 27th. This is for the unannounced Blu-Ray.
