Great design, Prince_Vajda! I haven't seen the Vipco pre-cert cover, but I'm sure Reaper or someone else will be able to say how faithful it is to the 1980s style of artwork.

Thanks! And yes, you're right: this would be a very nice Arrow release indeed.

Greetings!

I rememeber being quite disappointed with Death Trap the first time I saw it, but it has grown on me over the years. Some of the acting is completely ott and there isn't one likeable character in the film - but hey!

I agree - it would make a good Arrow release.

Yes, beautiful. I've been meaning to upgrade my VHS of this for some time. Maybe I will hold out for a little longer in case Arrow does announce it on Blu. If I can't hold out, anyone know what is the best DVD out there?

According to DVD Compare, the R1 Dark Sky release is the best.

Rewind @ www.dvdcompare.net - Eaten Alive AKA Death Trap AKA Horror Hotel (1977)

I actually own that release (titled Eaten Alive), but I haven't watched it yet. It does look to be a fine DVD and Amazon Marketplace is probably the best place to buy it from.

Thanks, I think I will pick it up, I haven't ordered anything in a while and it's always sad to check the mail and only get bills.

I always prefered the old VCL (UK) video cover.

Not to mention Dennis Hopper in all his over the top glory.

And it's 100% better than the TCM remakes
