That quote is really well - and I kinda feel the same way when I hold a movie in my hand. Just that it's mostly a Blu-ray but I can still feel this power. Interstingly, since I love old 80s B-action schlock I still get to see quite a few VHS tapes. And don't ask me why, but popping in a VHS, forwarding trailers and watching a movie in that quality on an old jittery TV sounds horrible, but it's an awesome experience. When I get my hands on a VHS tape, it's way more likely that I love the movie afterwards. There's just something about that format that I haven't experiwnced with DVD or BD...
