Default DEMONS 3 - The Details!

Aloha!

In this thread, I'm going to post all of the updates regarding the 'DEMONS 3' comic book which will be available in two parts - part one with 'DEMONS' and part 2 with 'DEMONS 2'.

Now, a couple of pages of the preview strip have already been posted, but here's the whole thing. Bear in mind, that this strip is NOT part of the comic book itself, but a promo strip we created purely to put the word out about the book. The artwork here is be Jeff Zornow, with painted colours by Gav Heryng.

Those of you who attended Fright Fest may also have a printed copy of this already!

Here goes:

Looks amazing Stef. If it's anything like the Day Of The Dead comic, we're in for a treat.

Also, if anyone is interested, I actually wrote an article for GeekWeek about the comic - well, specifically about the approach to writing it and some specifics as to what the story itself is about. You can check it out at the following link:

Thanks! I'm actually way happier with this than 'Day'. That being said, it's very different in tone, so it's always interesting to see how people will respond to it!

I really can't wait for these releases now, mainly because of this comic. I do hope Arrow continue to get you guys creating comics for their releases. They're fantastic

The article I've linked to above actually covers some of the plot and how it was decided upon. Also, here's the relevant bit from the press release:

"It is the 16th Century, the time of the plague in Southern France. Amid the carnage, a new evil is starting to take form and only one man can see it. That man is Nostradamus, but are his horrid visions of the future signs of what will come to pass? Can he stop the Demons from entering into our world?"

So there is something of the movie-within-the-movie in there, but at the same time, it's more than that...

More soon!

I'm liking Arrows persistent quality output. Not only do we get the films released with what hopefully becomes a nice selection of extras, but we get yet another quality comic chucked in with the releases.
