I sold about five (those which I would not have rewatched within a year or two), and some discs I turned into Christmas presents.

Greetings!

James is right. It's the French Blu-ray from Seven Sept. It has forced French subitles, but it looks and sounds pretty great.

Greetings!

I'll post a picture later, but here's a list for now.
AV Blu Ray's:
The Bird with the Crystel Plumege
The cat'o'nine Tails (My first ever one)

AD DVD's:
McBain
Fortunately, my parents were quite relaxed about what I watched when I was younger, thinking I was mature enough to be able to understand and not be disturbed by adult content.

So, when I was 14, I owned videos of films like Reservoir Dogs, Leon, The Specialist, Trainspotting, Pulp Fiction, The Usual Suspects, Fargo and True Romance.

Same here. Just think though Hawkmonger when you're 18 you're going to get the best haul of presents ever!

My parents were also quite liberal, and it was only really excessive swearing in films that concerned them (well, my mother in particular). I just think they were smart enough to release that I was more likely to tell the vicar to 'f*ck off' than I was to run amok with a chainsaw after watching Evil Dead 2. In fact one example that has always stuck in my mind is the film No Way Out when I would have been about 11. My parents rented it and before I was allowed to watch it my mum was 'now there's a lot of bad language in this film, but I just want you to ignore that, okay?'. After about 20 minutes I thought 'is it really just the swearing that my mother was concerned about?'.

The irony is, even if my parents had forbid me for watching anything stronger than a PG, the local video store used to let you rent whatever you wanted so it wouldn't have stopped me seeing pretty much anything, anyway.

And you know what? I've never raped anyone, killed anyone, or robbed anyone. Or told a vicar to 'f*ck off'.

Oh hell yeah! maybe I could introduce them to the parents guide system on IMDB. Though to be honest. If Alien is a 15 now there is no excuse for The likes of Dawn or Day of the Dead or Pieces and Midnight to still be 18s.

Oh good. Because vicars 'kick arse for the lord'!
