Slaughter High – How You Discovered It

I haven't seen this so this Arrow release will be a first time viewing for me. Are you the same or did you first see it at the cinema, on VHS or an import DVD?

I'd never heard of it before so I'm intrigued to see it. That's what I love about Arrow Video, they're bringing new titles to my attention. Keep it up I say

I've never seen it either, always dismissed it as a no hoper poor slasher.
Really looking forward to the Arrow release.

First heard about it about 5 yeas ago when I read an interview with Caroline Munro and I first saw it two weeks ago on the big screen at the GFT in glasgow and it was terrible!

The Vestron video release for me.

I had heard about it, but I kept getting it confused with the godawful SPLATTER UNIVERSITY until it came out on DVD from LionsGate in the US.

I've got the US dvd...picked it up second hand some time ago.
My first viewing experience and I fell in love with the Marty character instantly. :)

I also first caught SH on Vestron VHS and recall the film's opening theme along with yours truly really feeling sorry for Marty in the first reel. In some of these slasher efforts you really can't blame the relevant maniac for having such a grudge against their teenage quarry and payback time can be quite satisfying at times imo. I like to think Cropsy, Jason and Marty would agree!:)

I am another one who has never seen this, looking forward to watching it next week

Good ol' days

I remember getting my nest mates older brother to hire this from a video store when I was a kid. I could not resist grabbing it when I saw it down at HMV and was not dissapointed. Its not lost anything on the first time round as far as I'm concerned.:woot:

They showed it on the Horror Channel on Sky, 319, last night. It had a "Premiere" DOG on the screen, so I guess they have their eye on the newly issued BBFC certificates.
