All I can say is... awesome!! I love most of Tobe Hooper's stuff, this ne included, and even his remake of TOOLBOX MURDERS (and I generally dislike remakes). Arrow are really spoiling us for blu rays :D

This looks like an amazing blu-ray edition, and a must-buy! :nod: :D

Stupid question, maybe even in the wrong place, but: what aspect ratio does The Funhouse have?
I haven't seen the movie yet but judging from a trailer on Youtube it might be worth a look - especially as it's given the traditional Arrow Blu-treatment - looks like a whole bunch of extras to me! :nod:

The previous DVD release had an aspect ratio of anamorphic 2.35:1 which was a creditable picture though, if I remember correctly, some scenes were a little blurry. Hopefully the high definition encoding will remedy that.

Hmm... are there any money involved in securing rights to film trailers?

I'm not sure, but I will ask. However, it may be a while before I'm able to give you an answer because things are very busy at Arrow HQ.

Will this BD present the film in the 2.35:1 ratio? I can't imagine it won't, but just wanted to check!

As with the trailer situation, I don't know. However, like you, I can't imagine it would be in any other ratio than 2.35:1 but, to be on the safe side, I'll check and let you know when I receive an answer.
