Default Replacement Slipcover

Hi,I recently bought The Beyond and City Of The Living Dead. Both slip covers were damaged. Is there anyway to purchase another slipcover for them? I wrote a message on the Facebook page to no answer.

No answers really?? I mean seriously. I would take a simple no. If you can sell the Argento box only. I dont see why acouple slip covers would be impossible.

This is interesting actually, my City of the Living Dead is what I guess I would call damaged too. The plastic window is really strangely blistered, like it had been exposed to heat at some point. I've actually had two copies and the first wasn't at all like that. It never really bothered me enough to seek an exchange but if I was to get a second one in that condition I may inquire about the two.

It does, but when it came i didn't know it was supposed to have one. The case was in the correct sellophane wrapper. I do remember thinking it odd that their was no info on the back cover.

Well I tried the customer service email. Still nothing after 4 days. I dont know what else to try. I know the longer I wait,the less likly ill ever buy another Arrow Video release. Ill also make sure to tell my friends about the expierence.

Do you think they only handle your request? They'll reply to you sooner or later, given that you have sent them a kind and modest mail.

Prince, that's not really very courteous - you're also not an admin on this site, so please stop talking to people as if you are. Your tone is very aggressive and unfriendly and the way you jump on newcomers to the site is getting a bit annoying. Give them time to settle in and get used to things around here before ridiculing and chastising them. This forum proudly displays the moniker 'The friendliest forum on the internet', but your behaviour towards newcomers to the site actively works against that principle.

It's you that deserves the icon.
