I just wanted to confirm that it was a little joke indeed.

I was only implying that skimming a forum thread wouldn't have done any harm, but please be my guest and laugh a little bit, pal!

He should not need to do it I think is really the point here!

Just like it ain't worth the trouble for Arrow to get back all the faulty discs it quite clearly knows are still in stock at amazon, play etc and send the resellers the remastered stock...oh hang on a second Arrow said they've done this already months ago...which is why they stopped the replacement service back in the summer.

Yes they had to start the replacement service again due to numoerous customer complaints but if the remastered disc was released in April, please can Arrow explain why in the middle of November amazon are still sending out faulty stock?

That's a very good point and I'm sure Arrow will want to know why online retailers are still supplying people with the incorrect discs, so I'll let them know on Monday.
