One thing I would like (and this goes not only for MC),and that's for the option on the main menu to play the film with our without the intros. Yeah, I know I can hit the next chapter button on the menu, but I shouldn't have to. And the less said about Tom Atkins BIG spoiler in his intro, the better!

I picked this up from CEX two weeks ago for £10 and thought Arrow did a great job with this one - the transfer and extras were excellent.

Very true. The biggest surprise was the great sound of this release - with such an excellent lossless Stereo track, who needs Surround sound?

Greetings!

Just happened across this. I think it's inevitable that an Arrowdrome version would be released but it seems odd that Amazon are already listing it with a release date of December 2012, including with the new Arrowdrome artwork:

Amazon.co.uk: Maniac Cop [DVD]: Film & TV

I watched this the other day with my mate (who'd never seen it). His reaction was, (highlight to see the spoiler!) "Oh, so he dies then? Great. Fancy saying that, the nob!"I did have to agree.
