Has anyone got their replacement disk?

I sent the email on the 15th August and got an autoreply from Nick saying will be back on the 30th August.

Its now the 16th and no reply to that email and more importantly no Beyond replacement disk.

I sent an e-mail earlier this month because I bought the DVD to complete my collection and there aren't any replacement discs yet. You'll probably on the system and will be sent a replacement discs when they're available.

I didn't get a reply to my original email, so tried again & got this reply on Monday:

"Thank you for contacting us regarding a replacement disc for The Beyond and I apologise for not replying to your earlier email which was an oversight. Unfortunately, we are out of stock of the replacement discs at the moment but will keep your details in our records and will send out the disc to you as soon as we receive fresh stocks. Thank you for your patience."

I purchased this almost two weeks ago from Amazon. I'm hoping that it will be the correct version when it arrives.

UPDATE: It arrived today and it is still the incorrect version.

I got an email from Arrow today telling me my replacement has just been despatched. happy days!

I managed to get a copy of the replacement disc (courtesy of Pete), and I must say, it's a vast improvement over the original version. Not only the corrected opening, but the whole film looks a lot better overall.

Looking at the 'To' field, the e-mail went to everyone who's contacted Arrow Video about a replacement DVD (and probably BD).
