All the people who have received disks today can I ask when they were requested.

I sent another copy of the email last night but again no confirmation of receipt of that email yet.

Yes I am. Not sure what is wrong.

Could it be due to it being the blu-ray I am after not the DVD?

I first requested mine on the 16th August, then again on the 7th September. It was the blu ray that I was after too.

When I wanted a replacement BD (yes, I have bought it on both formats), I sent an e-mail to that address as well.

i know im a bit late but just read about this - i bought the beyond brand new quite a while ago (before the riots) and ive never checked the disc so how can i tell if mine is wrong?

If its the wrong disc then the prologue will be in B & W instead of the correct sepia toned opening

I've only just realised my copy is the wrong one! Are replacements still happening? I bought it ages ago when it was first released, from play i think. Any advice peeps?
