They certainly will. And don't worry Koukol, as others have said, it's probably because of the bank holiday. As a person who's contacted Arrow on a couple of occasions for replacements, I can tell you with confidence, they will get it sorted for you.

Received my corrected pressing DVD copy of Martin yesterday, along with an explanatory note. I'm north of Boston MA, in the USA. Arrow have sent me three copies of Martin in the mail...

- replacement copy that was still bad
- DVD-R copy
- new DVD copy.

I should point out that I did not complain about the DVD-R - they just sent me the replacement DVD when it was ready by themselves. Considering I'm abroad, if this isn't killer service, then I don't know what is!

Gentlemen, I tip my hat to you. You have my gratitude and appreciation.

I'm in the exact same boat. They've really impressed me with their customer service.

I am and was too busy to come here in the last weeks and now I found this thread about problems with the new martin DVD I also received and shelved for later watching. So I am a little worried that I may have a faulty DVD too, I had preordered it via amazon, as far as I remember... So is there an easy way to quickly check my copy? And if I end up having a faulty disc, what should I do?

Thanks in advance, crazy times here, too much work and too little time

Okay - the quickest way:

Select the 5.1 sound, then play the fullscreen version. If you don't hear "All Aboard!" and the sound is out of sync from the start (you can't miss it) you've got a bad disc.

The surround track on the fullscreen version is the only problem.

Thanks for this post. I never checked the 5.1 track. My new disc is on its way.

Thanks Tchotchke and Arrow for responding so promptly.
