I think it's actually slightly more expensive with stickers. The whole printed steelbook including ratings, text etc will go as one multi-colour template without defining individual images. The expense of mass printing usually depends on however many/which colours are being used.

Interesting stuff, thanks for that. If that's the case, I'm very glad (probably along with everyone else) that Arrow have gone for the slightly more expensive option of putting stickers on things we may not want to spoil the aesthetic!

not to seem too anal on things - but arrow have already had a steelbook out for many years - king of new york dvd steelbook - and then they announce it again on bluray.

still a must buy for me.

Has anyone had trouble getting the glue off the label with the King of New York steelbook?

Kind of odd question, I know, but the way it peels off almost feels like removing a cash converters sticker. I think there is still residue on the case infact.
