After the Arrow promo video when putting the disc in, the screen goes blank and won't go ahead to the next section. Is it a problem with the disc, or a firmware problem?
I can't speak for your situation, but I've had no problems with the disc, whether in my PS3 or PC. In that case, it could be a firmware problem or a dodgy disc. Have you tried it in your computer or on someone else's Blu-ray player?

I remember reading about something similar, and I believe that they came to a collective conclusion that it seemed to be Samsung players that were having the trouble, which would make it a firmware issue I would think. I can't remember where I read that though, so take it with a pinch of salt. Is your player a Samsung by any chance?

Mine is an LG. I updated the firmware, it still gets stuck but this time I can press the menu button to skip ahead whereas before it wasn't allowing me to input anything. I guess I can live with that!

Arrived from HMV this morning. Over the moon. With them not shipping till Thursday afternoon, I really didn't expect them until Monday. Loving the shiny foil-like slipcases too.

Mine as well. I'm beginning to like the idea of unlimited editions more and more though. Both my Demons slipcases were bashed at the corners, which has annoyed the hell out of me!

Mine arrived yesterday along with Demons 2, Forbidden Zone and The House by the Cemetery Limited Edition BDs. Needless to say, there's plenty of watching and reading ahead!
