After seeing the screenshots of the "Predator: Ultimate Hunter Edition" quality transfer of Deadly Spawn, I'll stick with the Arrow dvd. Although, perhaps Arrow might reconsider a BD version now. They could do a hell of a lot better than Elite have done. Synapse have been chiming in too, saying they would have done a better job if they had been able to do it, instead of this monstrosity of a DNR'd mess of an upscaled version of the dvd transfer (my words).

Think I'll cancel mine and stick with my XRATED disc until the Arrow disc arrives.

This is the reason why I never pre-order anymore.

Arrow and Synapse really should team up on a BD of this

Wow just seen those screenshots, it's amazing what a difference there is, the DVD looks like it should be the Blu-ray. Unbelievable! Just shows what can be done to a transfer when put in the wrong hands.

Wow,glad i held off now,i'll be ordering the Arrow dvd of this but like many have already said, please consider this for a bd release, i'll def buy this aswell as the dvd, this deserves a decent release on blu-ray, i also wait rather than pre-ordering titles now for this very reason, some promising releases suck in quality, not because a decent source isn't available, rather certain companies short change us by trying to pass off upscaled dvd transfers as hd, c'mon

Doesn't bode well for any future Elite Entertainment HD releases then if all the disapproval and negativity surrounding the company's TDS BR is anything to go by. I like to believe that both Synapse and Arrow could do so much better with this title.
