It's still early days, this issue only occurring a couple of hours ago but if you look at my previous post I quoted Arrow's response from Facebook where they said:

Hopefully HMV can cut the orders off before they actually go out, they have received an instruction to send stock back so they know the score. We will see but either way of course we will replace discs, either through us direct or through our manufacturer, this won’t be ignored.

Arrow are still hoping that HMV will catch these orders before they get into the postal system as the emails don't necessarily mean they've physically left HMV's facility.

However, if you do receive a copy, Arrow will be able to replace discs either through them or direct from the manufacturer.

Obviously, they only found out today and weren't expecting HMV to ship so fast so they haven't been able to put a full replacement program in place at such short notice.

I'll keep you informed.

Aw, nuts, I've also just had my email from HMV. I'll just have to wait and see what happens.

Surely not the best way for a respectful company to act.

Ha yeah, I found that a little...unprofessional. Amusing, but unprofessional.

As unprofessional as the printers who have constantly caused them to delay releases?

I dunno, it's a bit different. Sure, the printers and manufacturers have dropped the ball and screwed over Arrow as a result, and even if it's accidental it's unprofessional yeah. But so is slating the manufacturers/printers on a public forum.

Surely if you worked on there, or if you were the owner, you didn´t want to be bashed like that... work ethic above all... mistakes happen.

Arrow´s Edition:
The House by the Cemetery Blu-ray: Dual Format Edition (United Kingdom)

Blue Underground´s Edition:
The House by the Cemetery Blu-ray

Don´t trust the reviewer regarding the extras of the Blue Underground version, they´re plenty and they´re good.

Like I said earlier, both editions are very good.

Mistakes do happen but it seems to happen quite a lot with that place. They're probably just venting their anger. Though they could have possibly worded it differently.

Anyway, why am I even talking about this? it doesn't affect me so I'm not bothered. Arrow, or anyone else, can put what they like FB. I really don't care.
