Arrow are still hoping that HMV will catch these orders before they get into the postal system as the emails don't necessarily mean they've physically left HMV's facility. However, if you do receive a copy, Arrow will be able to replace discs either through them or direct from the manufacturer. Obviously, they only found out today and weren't expecting HMV to ship so fast so they haven't been able to put a full replacement program in place at such short notice. I'll keep you informed.

I dunno, it's a bit different. Sure, the printers and manufacturers have dropped the ball and screwed over Arrow as a result, and even if it's accidental it's unprofessional yeah. But so is slating the manufacturers/printers on a public forum.
