However, I'm sure we won't be seeing films like The Man with the Severed Head on Blu-ray quite yet!
My speculation is that it'll be the end of Arrow Video titles being released as Arrowdrome titles once the original/Limited bluray goes out of print and is replaced by the Double Play release. That might annoy people at having to pay more for a Double Play dvd copy than the cheaper Arrowdrome counterpart.

I still think Arrowdrome will continue for the films where a bluray release isn't necessary due to materials issues etc - don't forget a fair few of Arrowdrome titles are dvd-only

This is pretty much my feeling too, although I can see more and more films being released onto blu-ray as time progresses and the format is more widely adopted and the technology gets easier/cheaper to produce (which it is - especially when compared to the early years of DVD).

Gone MOC/BFI style? Nice. I think I prefer this look to the Limited.

It looks quite snazzy. Much prefer clear cases over the blue ones. I'm glad they've done it in a similar style to Eureka's Masters of Cinema releases. Although now I'm leaning on picking up the unlimited version.

From now on, only unlimited editions... cheaper, without any cardboard, same extras, and with and extra format...

Or release the limited editions, then the unlimited ones like they're going to do.

So if the Limited Edition & Dual Format releases are only going to be in sync from August, when can we expect the Dual Format release of House By the Cemetery?
